Our esteemed design partner, Kramer Design Group, has preserved and adapted the historic design of The Kahn, Drawing inspiration from the Art Deco elements of the building, such as the striped stone lobby floor, intricate painted plaster, fluted lights, and eleaborate brass details, the city of Detroit has yet another architectual jewel back on display for the world to see.

There’s nothing quite like living at The Kahn – we are the only apartment community connected to other New Center staples, such as the Fisher Theatre and New Center One, via weatherproof skywalks. Resident parking is available in the Fisher Building garage, connected to The Kahn by an indoor sky bridge. Monthly fees apply, please contact our office for more details. Ask about our waived admin and application fees for preferred employers and first responders!
The finished apartments/penthouses look amazing, and the layouts are pretty spacious. Contemporary Art Deco vibes with a mix of brand-new and vintage fixtures.
Favorite feature: Cappuccino bar in the lobby & arcade on 3rd floor.
